In general, for younger beneficiaries, the Age-Based Option will be invested in Portfolios more heavily weighted in stocks to capitalize on the longer investment horizon and try to mazimize returns. As time passes, account assets are automatically moved to more conservative Portfolios in an attempt to preserve capital as the withdrawal phase approaches.

The Total Annual Asset-Based Fee is the fee charged to Account Owners for their ownership of Portfolio Units, and includes the Underlying Fund Expenses and the Plan Management Fee.
